Paul Clark

 

Paul is a professional artist who lives in Arnside, Cumbria, on the River Kent Estuary that flows into the Morecambe Bay landscape. Current practice is in collaboration with Richard Light as Outside Artists.

 

Education

As an AIR member of a-n, The Artists Information Company, Paul has public liability insurance for up to £5m.

 

Arts Administration

International touring exhibition

A research visit to the Berlin Biennale in May 2008 allowed a group of five North West artists to network Berlin artists’ groups and to develop a collaborative exhibition (supported by Arts Council England, a NAN Go and See Bursary from a-n The Artists Information Company and The Cumbria Network. 12 artists (7 from the North West and 5 from Berlin) were involved in a co-curated touring show that ran from March to June 2009.  Paul took a lead role in organising the project from concept to delivery over a period of approximately 20 months.
